Who Am I??

My name is Sally & I'm a queer, nonbinary, Chinese-American artist + poet based in NYC.

Shipping Info/Costs:

Each print is handcut, packed, & signed by me! I am just a little guy doing my best, and buying 95% of my shipping materials from EcoEnclose, the most sustainable packaging retailer I could find! However, because of this, shipping costs more than if I were to buy bulk plastic mailers, or non-recycled mailers. 

Everything from Eco-Enclose is curbside recyclable.

Depending on size, your print will come wrapped in recycled paper or a glassine bag, placed in a rigid mailer, or a kraft tube (the only thing not from Eco-Enclose) -- if you are also open to me recycling old packaging (i.e. Amazon mailers, etc) with your order, let me know! <3

Shipping / Delivery Times:

Like I said, it's just me packaging the prints and shipping them out, so please allow me up to 7 days to process your order, and it should arrive within 14 days.

I use Shippo's tracked shipping, which takes about 3-5 business days most of the time to get to you after I drop it off at the post office, so you should be able to see it based off your tracking number (which I will be able to get to you if you write down your email + phone number in your order :))

If it's been over 2 weeks and you haven't received your order yet, email me or fill out my contact form!


Exchanges & Refunds Policy (ONLY FOR TRACKED SHIPPING):

I only accept refunds if your prints / zines arrive damaged! Please let me know with picture proof within 3 days of receiving it, and either I can issue a refund or I can send another print to you, free of charge (this might take a little while if I run out stock for that particular item).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I will be trying out untracked, stamp-based shipping! If your package fits in a 6"x8" rigid mailer, I will be using that to mail it in, but if it's bigger I will need to use a non-rigid mailer to save on shipping costs. Of course though, I will try to protect it as best I can.

However, untracked shipping means that your order will risk being lost in the mail or being slightly damaged, in which case I cannot refund for either outcome.

If you want to still support me through buying some of my art through a different shipping & handler though, I have an INPRNT store!


See something you love on my instagram that's not in print form?

Fill out the contact form or DM me and I'll see what I can do! Most likely will be a 3-4 week turnaround, and at least $18 including shipping. Or, I can put it on my INPRNT for you!
